Firstly, we don’t get involved in booking the rooms that are advertised on our website. We just use these rooms to help our customers and the local businesses on Koh Samui.The only option that can be booked via Jun Muay Thai is the Option #3 & Option #5Option # 3 & 5 can be booked by Jun Muay Thai, but can only be booked 10 days before as the rooms get booked very quickly and the Thai owner only allows us to book this much time in advance.

All other accommodation options have to be booked directly with the hotel or guesthouse by yourself.

Free! One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

One older child or adult is charged THB 250 per night and person in an extra bed.

One child under 2 years is charged THB 100 per night and person in a baby cot.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Lamai Central Hotel This hotel has no breakfast, but is a great opportunity for your long-stay customers on a budget. When booking this hotel please provide this booking code to the hotel CODE: 007 JUN MUAY THAI Low Season (15 April to 15 July & 1 Sept to 19 Dec) room prizes is 600 THB P. Night High Season (15 July to 30 Aug) is 750 THB P. Night Peak season (20 Dec to 10 Jan & 1 to 28 Feb) is 990 THB P. Night. If these rooms above are still too expensive above then there are also rooms that start from 3,000bht – 4,000bht per month.

These rooms do have A/C but you don’t have to use it. Water is free,but the electric is a separate bill. The cost of electric depends on how much you use.

On average for 1 month it will be about 500bht.

You May have to buy a cheap fan,which you can get for around 300 – 500bht from Tesco here in Lamai.

These rooms also get booked quickly and you would need to contact us again 1 week before you arrive.
